Our recipes only use locally sourced ingredients. This is our foundation. 

Each pot of F.U.S. Gravy is made with the food lover in mind.  When it's perfect, it's then frozen in time, ready for your next meal.

Preparing F.U.S. at your place takes no time at all:
From frozen or defrosted, simply pop the contents into a saucepan and heat on the stove, or;
Place the container straight in the microwave.
It's ready for the plate in a matter of minutes..

LIGHT BROWN GRAVY

DARK BROWN GRAVY

Storage:  Keep Frozen. Once defrosted, refrigerate & use within 5 days.

Heating: For best results, defrost first.
Stovetop: Empty contents into a saucepan (we call it a gravy-pan). Heat until just boiling. Stir occasionally.

Microwave: In the container, with lid resting on top, 90 seconds on high. Stir & rest lid back on top. Another 30 seconds on high. Stir, & serve.

From frozen...
Stovetop: Simply heat slowly in gravy-pan to thaw, then as above.

Microwave: Covered, 2 ½ minutes on high. Stir. One minute on high. Stir. One minute on high. Stir & serve.
